Are supplements actually helpful?
There is a lot of discussion in the health and fitness community surrounding the benefit of supplements. People want to know if they need them and how a powder can really make them more fit. For a fitness or meal supplement to be beneficial, it has to be supplementing something that already has its own benefits. For example, it is unrealistic to hope to sit at your computer all day and not getting up and active and expecting a meal or fitness shake to get you fit. It simply does not work this way. The body reacts to what you supply it with. If you want to get fit, you have to get up and move, and get your heart rate up.
What a supplement can do is optimize the changes your body will make. This means that if you do decide to get active and make a positive life change, the right supplement can go a long way in aiding this change. Use shakeology as an example; this is a meal replacement that gives your body what it will need to maintain the energy level of an active individual; including protein, minerals, vitamins, and prebiotics for the digestive system. The positive effects of the right supplement are evident when compared to the hundreds of
thers out there. Always make sure that you read the label carefully so you know what you are getting before you purchase it.
Just stumbled upon your website while doing a Yahoo search on losing weight. Great info BTW.
I have about 2/3 bottle of Dialene 4 and like 20 free serving samples of syntrax fyre, so I am going to try both out until I finish each or finish cutting. I have 4 weeks left. I have dieted from December in 8 week blocks with a week maintenance in between each, going in total from 205 to 175.
WOW great for you!!
Great blog post. I’am not the one who often comment on blog posts, but this post is really good. Thx, your site will be bookmarked. Regards
