Why I Changed To Interval Training

A lot of people are like I was six months ago; sort of confused with all the weight loss products out there, claiming what seemed like impossible. Pills that would make you slim, shakes that would stop my cravings go away… the it dawned on me that to get what I wanted from myself I had to work harder than ever. I had to get moving- move more, eat less. And to my surprise, I have had to cut very little out of my diet to get huge results with my workout program. I began an extreme interval training program at home. I did it an hour almost everyday in between my work and school schedule. I couldn’t believe the results. Agreed, the first workout was hard, and had me sweating bullets, but a little determination was all it took to follow up with the next workout on the P90X series. Oh yes, the second workout was tough too… but who said it was easy to change my lifestyle and get my body back to being something I wanted to show off? The truth is that after one week I felt like a new person. I felt strong, and I began waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to take on my day.

I have never felt better than I do now. Hard work has paid off. And besides, its only hard work for a very short time in my day. All I had to do to find the time was cut out one lame TV show from my daily schedule. I sweat out all my stress and problems I faced that day while working out and after I’m done I feel more relaxed than ever. My body looks fantastic, I have muscle definition where I never thought I had muscle. I feel confident all the time, because I know I look fantastic in anything I wear. Its been great and I my new endeavor will be to take on the extreme version of interval training- MAX interval training, invented by Shaun T.
