Strategies for Getting Slim In 6 Weeks

Commit and make a promise to yourself that you are going to dedicate the next 6 weeks to losing weight and getting healthy. Despite what many people think it is not always easy to lose weight, but it can be done! All those magical weight loss pills and supplements are not the answer if you are looking to lose weight. Many have harmful side effects and the others are just a waste of money.

An exercise program like Slim in 6 is nothing unless you have a healthy diet to go along with it. A healthy diet doesn’t have to be one of starvation. In fact, you should be sure that you are getting at least 1000-1200 calories a day or else you may send you body into starvation mode, which completely halts your weight loss. A healthy diet consists of lean protein, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Portion control should also be watched as you can eat healthy things like lean meats but if you eat too many of them, you may not lose weight.
